UK Sales Executive (Full-Time)

We process payrolls, using our own MegaPay software, for some of the biggest and best companies across the UK and Ireland,  where we’ve become their payroll department.

  • Create sales opportunities through networking and following leads
  • Manage sales cycle from start to finish
  • Create compelling sales content for presentations
  • Desire to build up payroll knowledge
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Support generation of ITT, PQQ and RFI responses with the UK Country Manager
  • Work closely with the internal marketing and digital team for sales pitches


  • Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience
  • Specific experience in payroll software/solution sales would be an advantage
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Competent at navigating round different IT systems for managing the sales pipeline
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Committed Team player
  • Works well under pressure
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Self starter and highly motivated
  • Great attitude – energetic and a strong desire to learn and succeed
  • Ability to travel with the role in the UK with a current full driving licence

Salary: Negotiable DOE
