We understand how hard working in Payroll can be, so we’re trying to make things a bit easier. So here’s our very own and convenient guide for tax deadlines dates for April 2018 in Ireland and the UK.
April 6th: First day of new tax year
April 19th: Deadline for postal payments to reach HMRC Accounts Office for any outstanding non-electronic PAYE tax and Class 1 NICs for the tax year ending 5 April 2016.
April 22nd: Deadline for electronic payments to be cleared in HMRC’s bank account for any outstanding PAYE and Class 1 NICs for the tax year ending 5 April 2016.
April 31st: Last date for giving a form P60 for 2015-16 to each relevant employee who was working for you on 5 April 2016.
April 14th – PAYE/PRSI/USC/LPT: P30 monthly return and payment for March 2018
P30 quarterly return and payment for January – March 2018
April 14th – DWT: Return and payment of DWT for March 2018
PSWT: F30 monthly return and payment for March 2018
April 19th – VAT: Monthly VAT 3 return and payment (if due) for the period March together with a Return of Trading Details where the accounting period ends in March
Annual VAT 3 return and payment (if due) for the period April – March together with a Return of Trading Details where the accounting period ends in March
April 20th – VAT: MOSS VAT return and payment (if due) for the period January – March 2018
April 1st -23rd  – Corporation Tax: PT for APs ending between 1-31 May 2018
Corporation Tax: Returns for APs ending between 1-31 July 2017
Corporation Tax: Pay balance due on APs ending between 1-31 July 2017
April 23rd – RCT: RCT monthly return and payment (if due) for March 2018
RCT: RCT quarterly return and payment (if due) for period January – March 2018
April 1st -30th – Corporation Tax: Returns of Third Party Information for APs ending between 1-31 July 2017
 Where the return and payments are not received electronically, the return and payments filing date are 1-21 of the relevant month.
